An intuitive artist is someone who uses their intuition and the creative process to create. Technique is not as important as is self-expression, self-exploration, and quieting the mind while being fully present. It is a way to connect with our inner and outer realities.
For me, this is one of the ways I experience total freedom... There is no plan... only a beginning, an end, and the creative journey in between... kind of like life itself... When I paint, I meditate. I begin by focusing on my breath and my heart, and connect with that which longs to be expressed. I let go of my need to know, allow myself to be guided by stillness and the creative process, and open myself up to endless possibilities. |
Un artista intuitivo es alguien que utiliza su intuición y el proceso creativo para crear. La técnica no es tan importante como la autoexpresión, la autoexploración, el aquietamiento de la mente y el estar completamente presente. Es una forma de conectar con nuestras realidades internas y externas.
Para mí, esta es una de las formas en que experimento la libertad total... No hay un plan... solo un principio, un fin y el viaje creativo en el medio... algo así como la vida misma... Cuando pinto, medito. Comienzo por concentrarme en mi respiración y mi corazón, y me conecto con aquello que anhela ser expresado. Dejo ir mi necesidad de saber, me dejo guiar por la quietud y el proceso creativo, y me abro a infinitas posibilidades. |
